XJTLU is jointly founded by Xi’an Jiaotong University and the University of Liverpool as the result of a strong-strong cooperation. As an independent Sino-Foreign cooperative university, it captures the essence of both prestigious parent universities and is the first and only one of its kind to be approved by the Ministry of Education in China. The University deliveres all courses in English and awards the globally recognised the University of Liverpool degrees.
