Macquarie University English Language Centre (ELC) is based in Sydney Australia but also offers English language instructional services online and at partner sites internationally. Courses are designed in collaboration with Macquarie University faculties and include authentic learning experiences across various modes of delivery. Most of our graduates go on to study at Macquarie University but short term courses for high school students, and employees of companies that wish to develop the cross-cultural and English language skills of their workforce, are offered. Teachers of English may study and do practical experience at the ELC to enhance their expertise and develop their skills. eLearning products for businesses and the University are also developed on a variety of topics.
