MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a master's degree in Business Administration. The MBA program of the BSU Business Institute is designed for those who have experience (no less than 3 years after receiving the first higher education) and would like to accelerate their career growth.

• Teachers are practitioners. Classmates - experts and managers with experience. Our program is designed for the practical application of knowledge. There are no "Soviet" professors-economists among teachers or "green" graduates of Belarusian universities among students. Classes are conducted exclusively by practical teachers, with extensive experience in business or in counseling. 40% of our students are mid-level managers or heads of leading Belarusian and international companies.
• Wide scope of the manager's competencies. The program has no industry-specific focus and is a program for general management, focused on the manager, and not on a specialist in a certain field of activity. The main focus is on the systematization and synthesis of various aspects of enterprise management.
• Practical orientation. Mastering the basic concepts of models, management concepts is primarily applied in nature.
• Academic basis. The program is aimed at mastering management methods, developing skills of independent search and making optimal decisions based on fundamental knowledge.
• International focus. The content of the training courses reflects the advanced achievements of world theory and management practice. Special courses and sections of the courses are devoted to the management of the international activities of the company. Teaching of disciplines in the English-language program is carried out in English by both foreign and Belarusian teachers trained in leading business schools.
• Intense nature. The intensity of the curricula requires activity, high organization and clarity in the work. The training program is designed for highly motivated listeners.
• Interactive forms. The methodology of the training provides for the active participation of listeners, the desire and ability to act as an active party in the learning process.

Upon completion of the program, graduates receive a master's degree in business administration of the state standard and a certificate from the Business Institute.
