IIT's Professional Program (PLP) offers a unique program designed to strengthen student's English skills while at the same time giving the student the experience of taking Freshman level academic classes at a renowned American University. During the Fall and Spring terms, students take 3 courses in Information Technology, Business or Industrial Technology Management and two ESL courses (we will test for correct level). Courses are taught by university professors. Students can choose from the following Programs: One semester of study Two semester of study 12-month program with three consecutive semester of study At the end of your program you can take an optional six- week internship at a U.S company. (Internships cannot be done if the final semester is summer as there are no internships late summer). If your English is at least Intermediate level and you have some university credits with at least a C average, you will qualify for this unique opportunity to take Academic courses at an American university. All students receive a Diploma upon successful completion.
