The University of Deusto, founded in 1886, is a pioneer institution in training business leaders and has offered studies in Business Administration since 1916 at the Bilbao Campus (La Comercial) and since 1956 in San Sebastian (ESTE). The first postgraduate programmes were offered in 1963 and in 2008, new strides were made by promoting executive programmes with the creation of Deusto Business School. In 2010, the DBS emblem was extended to all the business education courses offered.
